Get them professionally done: it's always better to get someone trustworthy and has more experience in eyebrows than you...

THREADING: threading is better than waxing or plucking and also gives a much more defined shape..


DONT'S :DON'T EVER USE A RAZOR! EVER.
I cannot stress this enough, it's too drastic, there is too much risk that you might remove a chunk than you intended and you will be left with stubbly regrowth that will appear thicker!!!!!!!

Don't trim the long hairs yourself, or remember to ALWAYS BRUSH THE HAIR UP THEN TRIM....

MALE GROOMING ....

Just as having bad nails and toe- nails, unruly eyebrows are one of the worst grooming crimes a guy can commit. They need to be kept neat and tidy so it doesn't ruin an otherwise impeccable look and create a bad impression of your overall look-so it's important to consider eyebrow maintenance part of your routine. The mistake people make is thinking a male will look like a woman when eyebrows are groomed, it only means subtle grooming to ensure they are not overgrown and untidy, what most of my male clients do is they tag along with wifey, off course some just on their own!

BEGINNERS: START WITH GETTING RID OF MONOBROW-obviously not everyone has a comical unibrow that meets in the middle.... The best way is to do threading that will be the most natural way!

EYELINER

Eyeliner can help you look sexy.. A good technique is to trace your top eyelash lines to just past the outer corners of your eyes... It even looks better when you put on eyelash extensions you can literally live with just that and no make-up, with a bit of lipstick or gloss..

You can create your own mixture by mixing your cream with brown sugar, brown sugar can exfoliate your skin and rid the pores of oil ,dirt and dead skin cells on your face.

You can exfoliate your eyebrows to remove ingrown hairs!

The Sun On Your Skin

The sun is the worst enemy of your skin, always remember to wear sunblock to protect your skin from the sun! Sun tanning causes unnecessary damage to your skin and inevitably leads to wrinkles...

If you remove hair anywhere in your face remember to re-apply your sunblock.

Post Eyebrow Shaping....

One of the things you can do after shaping your eyebrows and you have a date same day is to use wet tea bags to soothe the skin around your eyebrows.....

Threading is off course less harsh on your skin so go for that option.

Face shape VS Eyebrow shape....

One of the things I look at as a Brow Specialist when I shape your eyebrows is The shape of your face...

If you have a round face an arched eyebrow works better to create a more oval look, the high peak opens the eyes vertically to elongate the face!!

What's the point??

I'm sitting at OR Tambo International and I honestly cannot tell you how many people I've seen with shaved eyebrows, something like this should under no circumstances be allowed. How does a woman shave all her eyebrows only to draw them back on? Does it make sense I ask myself? At what point does one think that doing something like that is normal? I mean before you go to bed you wipe off the pencil and at that moment looking in the mirror "do you actually like what you see" ?

Your eyebrows play a very important role on your overall look.. Take good care of them.

I'm a woman ... I push doors that say pull. I laugh harder when I try to explain why I'm laughing, I walk into a room and forget why I was there, I lie to hide the pain, I cry a lot more than you think I do, I get attached to people who care, A broken nail is as painful as a broken heart, i fuss about anything and everything, if its not perfect its not done,when nail polish chips on my nails its a huge disaster, i collect shoes and create a closet just for them, i cant live without a fragrance and lip gloss to say the least, i put my mascara while sitting in traffic, I say it's a long story when it's really not, I fall in-love too hard too fast,and I always care more than I should..... Yes I'm a woman and I'm proud of it.

Luxury vs Necessity!!

Most of my friends.....

So almost all of my friends when I met them I thought "Gosh" I need to get hold of those eyebrows and I can't wait, some were not bad,now this is the thing....when you've just known somebody you don't know how they would react when you tell them "your eyebrows are screaming for help!" So then you need wisdom to be able to get the message across without hurting their feelings..

I've always however managed to get it across as I cannot be looking into anyone's face without observing the state of those eyebrows, so if you are my friend you are definitely not going to be walking around with unkempt brows!

I guess that's why they say i'm obsessed with EYEBROWS!!

Methods of shaping your brows.....

Ladies and gents, let's get one thing right YOUR EYEBROWS Can either make or break your look, they completely change your whole face so one thing we should never do is put a razor on your face it's a NO NO NO, your best option would be to have them threaded for a smoother,defined shape.. It's so much neater,less harsh on your skin than waxing or plucking..

NOTHING COMPARES TO THREADING!!!

Let's face it there is nothing like threading, especially when it comes to shaping your eyebrows..yu get that perfectly defined non-compromised shape.

Its much more neater,less harsh on your skin, gives a better definition, you can get even the finest hairs with it,but if you wax or tweeze it doesnt even come close. SO GO ON..get your eyebrows threaded.

Ingrown Hairs

Ingrown hairs are found under a thin layer of dead skin cells that cover the hair follicle, and precisely these dont allow the hair to break through the surface. 

RESOLUTION AND PREVENTION

• Exfoliate once a week
• Wait for the hair to be atleast the right length before you remove it
• Thread rather than tweezing as tweezing (if done wrongly) can break the hair rather than pulling it from the root

LETS ALL AVOID THOSE HORRIBLE INGROWNS BY DOING THE RIGHT THING!!!!!!
